Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User ran into an ongoing raid with an active shootout occurring with PD on scene.

Why should this appeal be considered?: first of all i would like to say i don't know why i was banned for a month my longest ban before this is a week. in the clip you can see we had no idea pd was on scene and when we heard shots we ran into the apartment with Wilma king , betty drizzle and willy honus with Steven Pablo outside giving us coms he had even said himself that he did not think pd was on scene and that it was legacy but it turned out to be parabellum counter raiding which i will speak about later. i had died in the raid when legacy didn't make it into the property when my nlr was over i joined ts and my org members told me we were being raided and pd was on scene i got my car and drove to subs storage to get a pistol i had heard a lot of gun shots and Steven said im pretty sure pd are dead i then saw betty drizzle and willy honus at subs storage and asked them if they want to go defend subs 2 when i was driving around to make sure no pd was on scene Wilma teared his car so i had picked him us when i had made sure there was no pd on scene i had parked my car out front and when i was about 4 feet away from the door i had heard shots so i ran into the property pulled out my gun and killed a counter because he was running at me with a gun i had cleared the property with my pistol out when i made it to the green bedroom were a parabellum member in subs 1 shot me though a window killing me

back to the parabellum situation in the admin sit that i wasn't apart of but steven pablo , wilma king and some others were, i wasnt given a chance to explain as it was a Thursday night and i was asleep when i go to check my phone and i got a message from a friend telling me that i was banned for a month and wasnt able to explain how and why. i checked my discord to see a message from chase telling me to load back on at 12:01 am he had messaged ''Hi When you can I need you to return to the server.'' i was banned an hour later when i messaged him at 1:15 '' hi sorry why am i banned'' and i got no response i asked for evidence and he told me to make a dispute/complaint ask your friends theres plenty of reasons for you being banned i was never sent a clip so i had no idea what i had done until steven had told me i have asked them for evidence for a dispute multiple times and have yet to see any kind of clip, i also asked for a clip regarding the admin sit were he was refunding parabellums guns and why they got 18+ guns for a raid they lost i was later told by a friend that they didnt have a clip so i messaged chase asking for the clip for why they got there guns back and this is the response i got,

i would also like to note that they got guns that were confiscated from pd refunded to them aswell so that must mean pd were on scene when they raided or why else would pd confiscate their weapons considering we had all the guns that weren't confiscated in storage because pd got wiped i tried looking in my demo but the only thing i have is the end of the raid because of a bug that happened to everyone on the scene missing more than 1-2 hours of there demos so we couldnt get parabellum raiding my property.

i would like to state i would like this appeal dealt with by a owner or senior administrator and not a parabellum mod/admin as i feel as they will be more sided with there org

I've seen it, which is how I know that people within your car said

"IT'S FINE, WE'LL JUST TELL TFU WE CAN PROVE WE HAVE KEYS"

*TFU with a visible firearm enters the frame and you react by moving your car*

"OH SHIT GET OUT, GET OUT"

So again, I'll ask, why did you start your clip after this interaction?

tfu did not proceed to give us an verbal commands he also did not gun point us he had his gun holstered the entire time as well as walking behind our car and proceeded to not do anything this is probably because the tfu assumed the situation was code 4 as did we not to mention he is a tfu and a helper and he should know the policies

(involved) The TFU that they saw had his weapon in a passive stance (the photo you literally sent is proof of that), no shots could be heard and from a clip liam currey provided me he could not see tfu when he entered the property. the gunshots began as liam was entering the property and brady ran into direct eyeline of a defender who had entered his property. both armed, therefore leaving no other choice but a "Kill or be killed" scenario? anyone in his situation would have done exactly the same if both armed people came within close proximity. (clip provided) https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/jGPPEWSPGu78vctfW?invite=cr-MSxJNDUsMzM4NTcxNDcwLA . also the point still stands that although that callout was made the tfu as believed gave no commands, no points or no attempt to warn the players who entered to leave. any cop knows to force people to leave if the officer knows that it is still a risk of life. also with him being a helper there was no warning sent to anyone's way. also bare in mind guns were "rewarded" as chase stated to those who died to defenders. liams kill was justifiable as he was not a "counter" he was a defender and they collided in a "Kill or be killed" situation, colliding with the raider. same way as i was a defender circling the property waiting to kill the raiders of my property, as u see i could have killed the last and gotten the guns for myself but i was than forfitted my weapons i profited defending my property when there was no outcome that is known.

(Involved) We had been circling for awhile around suburbs making sure everything was clear and when we had pulled in to go inside I had seen a TFU right nearby so I had said "We'll just show TFU we can prove we have keys" because they had not gun pointed us or given any verbal commands as well as had their weapon holstered and proceeded to walk behind our car and continue going. Most likely meaning the police officer had assumed code 4 as well and as we had run inside multiple shots started going off but we had determined was outside of suburbs so we went to take cover so as not to interfere with any police duties and as we had gone inside someone had apparently been hiding inside.(I was also not on whisper when talking about keys meaning the officer had heard us) and because we had to shoot a home invader we proceeded to clear the entirety of the house stay there for awhile ensuring PD was not on scene or all dead so that we could go outside and kill the shooters. Once we had made a push after making sure no PD was on scene we had collected the guns. We left the situation had gone to bazar where I had gone to make food. As I came back chase immediately asked me to give up weapons I had collected and said that we we're all receiving a ban for 3.4 without getting our side of the story or pulling our demo's to prove otherwise as well as a rule break we had witnessed the raiders make which made the raid illegal in the first place.

the initial raid i did die in however they did not breach the property after my nlr i got on team speak and got told we were being raided so i went to defend my property
