Why should this appeal be considered?: I've learnt my lesson and would like a probation period up until the 28th of December which is when i would get unbanned or a time of your choosing. I have learnt my lesson and I am confident i will not break any more rules. The conditions of this would be that if i break a rule under this probation period then i get punished maybe 3 or 4 times as harshly. Or you could chose however long. I believe this would be fair if i could prove that I've learnt my lesson by not breaking any more rules for a set period of time.

Given your previous appeal and how you've worded this, it looks like this is more of an apology than a dispute (as in you believe the punishment is valid, but you want to come back earlier). I will deny this, as your recent apology was only denied yesterday, so I would encourage you to wait longer before attempting to make another.
