Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I got banned due to one of my family shared friends account being banned in game but now he has purchased his own game.
Why should this appeal be considered?: This appeal should be considered as we both own the game now and should not be classed as using alt accounts due to this.
My friend has also left my family share library as every time he got banned I got banned so hopefully this should sort everything now.
