Why should this appeal be considered?: this is indeed my alt account but my account got hacked so im going on a different account temporarly. i was hoping i could transfer my character to my new account. instead i got perm banned right when i hopped on i hope we can find a solutation soon. i dont have any outstanding bans right now.
