Why were you punished?: 3.15 - Racing another vehicle in a stolen car and Tier 2'ing the stolen car in the process due to not driving with due care and attention.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm a relatively new player recently and I haven't raced anyone at all, or recollect damaging a car until it becomes broken. I believe this to be a mistaken identity (I have a very common steam name) but happy to oblige if I see the evidence that it was in fact me
