Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user decided to kill the responding officer, when he was the who got raided in the first place. If he would've just let police confiscate the guns from the raiders he would have easily gotten away. This caused a massive unnecessary shootout.
Why should this appeal be considered?: For context, we were basing in Slums 4 and had just raided Slums 1, hence why we had their drugs in our apartment. We were in the process of breaking into Slums 2 when we decided to transport more guns into our apartment, and that's when we got raided again.
The raiders were killed and the police arrived, but we decided to shoot cops as we literally just raided Slums 1 and crowbarred Slums 2 door. Curak argues that it was an unnecessary shootout, but if the cops on scene investigated further, we wouldn't have got away with it as the occupants in Slums 2 that we crowbarred were still alive.
I didn't even get chance to justify my actions because I was taken to a roof and was told I'm being banned before he explained why or let me justify myself. I spoke with him on Teamspeak and he didn't give a fuck about my justification and kicked me out of the channel afterwards.
