Why should this appeal be considered?: Yes, because what we did was nothing wrong with me, and my friends broke into an apartment in Slams. And we break open the door. And they start shooting at us. And they shoot at my friends. And then I thought okay, I'll go down and get a grenade before I saw how many people were in there. And then the police come, and then we just wait, and then we come up. And then I throw that grenade there. Or flashback. I thought. And Raid on. We should also be in the apartment just downstairs

Additional Information: I can hardly even remember. That I did it there. Because it's been so long. It's been over a month at least I don't know if we can find the day I did it. I said maybe I can find some clips. I can show myself. Because I have no idea.

This incident very much did not occur a month ago, in fact it's only a week old.

The demo that you should be looking at is perpheads_demo_2025-6-3 19-34-43 - roughly 40 minutes into it

You're were accused of breaking 3.4, by initiating a raid whilst officers were on scene, so you have to prove that you either had no knowledge or took the proper precautions to ensure they left.

I just don't quite understand it I broke open the door with a crowbar ran in so there were a lot of people went down got a flash bang heard downstairs in my own apartment got the flash being heard the police they were coming so we hid down in our own apartment waited maybe a minute or two because I knew they couldn't lock their door ran up threw the flash bang and shot at them and they had guns in their hands so I don't see what I did wrong it was me who broke into their apartment to begin with And there were no police either when I ran up the stairs I kept breaking into their the apartment I cannot see what I have done wrong
