Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The player ran into an active shootout and picked up the first weapon he saw after an armed assailant asked him to leave. This resulted in his immediate death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: the armed assailant didn't ask me too leave as you can see in the clip. i also wasn't even gonna pick up the gun , i was trying too pickup the crowbar which you can also see in the clip. the crowbar was highlighted for me too pickup and it still picked up the gun. the guy didn't even gunpoint as a warning too leave.

Additional Information: i would understand if the guy warned me or at least gun pointed, but he did neither.

I changed the ban reasoning slightly as I realised after talking to cops that my mic wasn't turned on. Though the ban length and actual reason didnt change. Other staff will deal with this as its my ban.

First officer on scene, pointing out a few points hear, first of all you directly picking something up does not mean u need to be gp’ed to drop it, you where in a active raid environment where there was in all honesty a tonn of dead bodies so you not getting the hint that you know there something going on and risking your life for a crowbar is completely wild.

Reason im commenting on this is because when dealing with the situation if Daan was not co-operative with me and had his gun out because of your incompetence when picking things up there was a good chance he would have got domed by me for your mistake

"Sorta involved " lol. He wasn't even gunpointing in the first place. Yea 2 assault rifles on the floor and you see people walking up the stairs and you still don't gun point or say anything. Nice. And if I was intentionally trying to steal the gun I would agree. But its a crowbar lolll. No one else besides one guy moving left and right on stairs .

When you walk into an apartment complex, hear dead bodies, see dead bodies and see a person with a gun, this probably means you should leave. This definitely means you should not pick up any guns let alone a crowbar on the floor.
