Why were you punished?: 2.5 - The player (accidentally) shot another player that ran into lakeview when trying to give a warning shot, the reasoning was because they believed their raid was still active, even though there were clear signs it was (mostly) over. Another approach could've been used to get the player to leave.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The guy who I killed ran into my raid zone 20 seconds after I stole a van which had drugs inside and this van did set off an alarm which I can assume he heard. You can also see in the clip that the person had NLR which is from lakeview which means he was waiting his NLR and that he knew there was a raid as well as the 5 cop bodies he sees on his way over. I went off all that info and went to give him a warning shot an accidentally killed him. I think all of that information gives me enough reasoning to kill him but I went with a warning shot and I also let his friend live and leave. Daan showed no care for my opinion and contradicted himself by saying "how should he magically know the raid is still going on" however from my POV he can know from the vans alarm which is fair to assume he heard and the bodies as well as the person with a sniper in a van yet dismissed me when I asked how i was supposed to magically know if he heard the van alarm or not. You can also see in the clip Brendan was still moving guns into cars which I was covering which is even more of a reason for me to shoot him as my teammate was vulnerable moving guns and he was charging straight in.
