Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The player shot an officer because they felt like the officer was abusing their power even though they were investigating a crime that happened earlier.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Someone I was with shot at an officer about 10 mins prior to this situation. That then concluded, and I was driving from Suburbs to City when I turned the bend and almost collided with the officer because they're sat in the middle of the road with their engine off. I then pull beside them and say, "You know you can't park here, right?" - they ignore me and sigh through their mic. So I then say I'm going to report you to a supervisor because it's blatant no care for life being stopped right after a bend in the middle of the road with no cones or anything. They hear the word supervisor, say "I don't care" and then immediately jump out of their car and shout they're going to shoot me. I was like woah for what for what and then jump out the car. The clip ends as I'm about to jump out the car as I hit the clip button right as this happened. She's then yapping about arresting me for someone else shooting at her car, even though that person went away from me and hopped in a pink car - which the officer watched them do before. I told her my gun hasn't even been fired. Then the pink car comes round the bend, and as expected by the officer being in the middle of the road crashes into them. I take this as my opportunity to get away and as both officers have now holstered their weapons I'm now no longer fearing my life and more fearing being arrested as I was on my way back to harvest the drugs I had been growing. So I now open fire on the officer while hiding behind the car, to which I take down one and the other gets me.
I find my ban very unfair as this situation was a clear abuse of this cop's position but the mod in-charge seemed to have already made his mind up about banning me even though you can clearly see the moment in that clip the officer isn't acting as they should and is instead just pissed off. This whole bullshit of "they were investigating a crime that happened" is fully just an excuse for her losing her temper. I don't believe my side of the story was taken into consideration whatsoever here, as I've seen and had it happen to me many a time where people will take the first chance they can get to escape arrest by killing the arresting officer.
