came up with plan beforehand to killing some rivals 1st one was ramming into us on highway the other guy was territorial we were trying to take their apartments we was bein cheeky blokes getting rid of wasteman simple as that we werent trying to step out of rp boundaries truth

Yes we admit to giving each other info outside of in game but that's pretty standard and we were not aware you weren't allowed to in this server. We play a lot of DarkRP but none of them were like that server we do more chaotic stuff and but it's never an issue. we both truly apologize. it was me and the guy that got banned with me
we also just wanna play with our other friends we met on that server but waiting a month is just gonna kill the drive we had for that game especially since our progress has been halted. We were just trying to come up big, we just made our first 100k and were looking to make some moves. We weren't trying to exactly take their apartment but that's how it was going down. Again we were not trying to break server rules, and also we were actively trying to learn all of the important ones that aren't usually in other servers by asking other players like cops as well as our own research. We appreciate the sincerity around the metagaming and you two living together, however you still both broke the spirit of Rule 3.2. As such that part of the ban will likely stay - please note that we do not review the length or severity of punishments through Disputes, only whether the ban or warning is valid or invalid.

Please provide more detail regarding both kills, because "we weren't trying to exactly take their apartment but that's how it was going down" doesn't really give us much to go off of, and we need more context than just "they were ramming into us on the highway" - were they continually ramming you, or was it a one-off? Did they threaten you as well? Did anything happen before that? Et cetera.

Yeah we ran into them on the highway and they rammed us a couple times and all of us were talking shit then they ran off, we lost them, found them again in the city, they hit the side of our car so we stalked them to some apartments, followed one inside where there was some shooting going on, and I killed only one of the two guys in the car. For the second kill we saw a wealthy rival gang and were trying to come up big, we saw one alone outside their apartment and wanted to rob him, so I distracted him by talking to him so my buddy could try to zip tie him but ended up just shooting him in the head (oops) so we still robbed his gun and just dipped because the rest of his gang was still up stairs, talked some shit in character as we were leaving, and they were trying to spray us down. We were having fun but it was unintentional to break any server rules
