Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I killed someone for no apparent reason (that's what is says on the ban)
Why should this appeal be considered?: I didn't kill him for no reason someone reported there was a guy which raided the police has got away and I found him at slums atleast 3 mins after I was waiting for him to come outside with my gun so i can make the arrest (I had my gun out because he had 3 friends with guns) while i was waiting this guy which i shot baits out I was waiting outside with a gun ready to shoot them.
