Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Whilst wanted for bank robbery the user sat in slums stairwell and started a shootout with police. There was no attempt made to hide.
Why should this appeal be considered?: We were wanted for bank robbery and murder while we getting inside slums cops saw us and one of my friend ran over a cop while he has gun on his back and i camped staircase at slums cuz i though we are gonna get pd raided because were warrants were about to leave but we heard cops i shot Efan because im warrant because i though he was about to raid us,
