Why were you punished?: 1.5, 1.1 - Took a picture of another player without their consent thereafter made the image his steam profile. Continued to mock the other player whilst he did so. Return when you have grown up.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I dont understand why i have been banned for.

This incident wasnt on perpheads and was between some friends,and has nothing to do with perpheads.

it happened on a server of our friend group where we started arguing with Swifter over something that is related to our server,and not perpheads . So im wondering why i get banned for something that i havent done on perp???

So it means if im gonna RDM on a unknown server with 5 players im also gonna get banned on perpheads or what??

Additional Information: I dont think the ban is legit because its not related to perpheads

If needed i can show the whole conversation on discord,i cant do it on steam because i cant get in chat with him unless im his friend,but if you tell him to add me i can surely show u that it has nothing to do with perp

Why do you have a picture of someone as your Steam profile picture despite the person not wanting this and hadn’t given you any permission? This would still be inexcusable.

Because we actually had an argument,and i see no messages where he says "Remove that avatar" when i put it he started saying that the guy who is on avatar is ugly,and saying it was me. So literally he was calling himself ugly,and as soon as the argument ended i removed my avatar to the basic one

I dont think that if you want an avatar of you to be removed you need to call the avatar ugly,gorilla or anything else. You jjust have to say to remove it

You’re still failing to justifying how your ban is false though? You can’t be setting that stuff as your profile picture and think you can still be part of the server. He shouldn’t have to ask you to remove it when you shouldn’t have done whatever you’re doing in the first place, people do get CWB for such actions.

Im saying that its false,because i got banned on perpheads for something that has no relation to perpheads..
and if there is a rule where it says that u can get banned on perpheads for something u did on other server,can i see it?

You both were being childish, don’t be setting other community members as your profile picture, doesn’t matter if it wasn’t on perp heads, it was on steam and it was regarding another member. You both were punished accordingly
