Why should this appeal be considered?: Because i was joking my friend knew this who i said the joke to it was a bad and unfunny joke and my friend reported me for it because i called him a femboy and he got his gun stolen by a new player and he said that i had to pay for it and i said no so then he started reporting me to the admins for it and trying to get me banned which it did work then he started trying to get my discord steam banned etc

you have a history of doing this exact thing. I fail to see the humour in the situation of you messaging someone saying you love child porn. This, your conduct and attitude towards the situation are generally the 3 biggest red flags we can get about a person and we cannot morally allow you to be part of this community.
