Why were you punished?: 3.3 - User ALT sprinted and strafed whilst under direct fire from several people in close proximity. Ban due to previous warning for a similar offence

Why should this appeal be considered?: I believe I was falsely banned for apparently breaking 3.3. In no way did I break 3.3, as I was simply following the rule 3.6 alive. I was following 3.6 by trying to dodge the bullets, as you would IRL to avoid being shot - This ban is basically giving me the conclusion that I should stay still like a wall and absorb the bullets?

Rule 3.3 states:

All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible, especially during combat;

You broke rule 3.3 by ALT sprinting under direct fire from several people. What you did was not realistic because no one is that agile realistically, and there's no point in doing that at such a close proximity because it's a given that you'll be shot. Running around back and forth in close proximity of multiple armed gunman while they're shooting you in an attempt to dodge the bullets is not realistic, therefore it is not permitted by Rule 3.3 - Realistic Actions.
