Why were you punished?: 1.1, 1.2, 2.8 - Learned nothing from his previous punishments.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I got banned for doing banter with my friend. We were joking around, and I said some things which could be seen as disgusting (not racist or using any words which would not be allowed). I firstly want to say that I understand what I said can be perceived as bad, but our "argument" was held in a car between friends. I learned my lesson from the last ban, where what I did was in public with people I did not know.
I get why the things I said might be offensive, but they were said in a joking manner between friends and not meant to make anybody feel bad. I talked to Jaxon after on Steam and apologized, thinking he did F6 on me. He told me it's fine and that he did not report me, so I really don't understand the ban.
If it was to someone I don't know or made someone feel bad, I would have understood because I don't intend on being toxic or harassing others in the community. But in this case, it was just a talk between friends. I do appreciate the staff in terms of making the server a nicer place, and I do understand why some people (me included in some moments) can be offended.
I really don't know who to apologize to or how to show that I do deserve to be on this server. If you felt offended by what we were speaking privately in the car, then I am sorry, but it was not intended to go to you.
Also, I do not know what you mean by 2.8 and 1.2. We were not RPing, just talking, and also my comments were far from being racist. This is how my friend and I joke around. Also, you did tell me in LOOC to "shut the fuck up," and I did. It's not like we were dragging a conversation on for minutes. I believe that it would have been fair for you to ban me if I continued. I was clearly not trying to be toxic.
In conclusion, as I said, I do appreciate your work in trying to make the server a better place, but this is not the case. You could have asked me if 24k is my friend or not to have this type of conversation, or anything.
Additional Information: Thank you for reading my block of text, and if you believe something was ommitted from it, i am more than open to discussing this because i really do not believe i am in the wrong in this situation
