Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I was having a chase with police officer and my ping was over 2000 I wanted to reconnect but when I instantly joined I was already was instantly banned.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanted to lower my ping by restarting the game because I was really lagging The cars we're teleporting for me and stuff. I began to stand still and couldn't move or do anything. I couldn't move, couldn't talk so I restarted the game because I thought my ping would fix. Until I was joining back instantly and I already was banned. I didn't try to avoid situation nor nothing because I didn't have anything serious to lose.

Additional Information: I didn't do it to avoid anything I wanted to restart my game because it was lagging very hard and I couldn't talk or walk so in that situation I wouldve been like a dummy that can't do anything

You can find your demo in the following folder;
steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\phdemos

After finding the demo you should upload it to a file hosting site, Mega, Google drive. You can then link the video to A1L using this thread!

Demos are an automatic recording made by the server, if you play the server you will have them unless you either don't have enough storage space to save them or you have altered your game to stop them from recording which is against the rules.

PERPHeads uses an automatic demo recording feature which is not to be disabled or tampered with at any time; recordings will be available in garry's mod/demos. If a staff member requests a demo file, and that demo file was recorded within the last 21 days, you are obligated to upload it (i.e. users may safely delete demos which are older than 21 days). It is the user's responsibility to ensure that there is enough disk space on the drive that Garry's Mod is installed on to ensure that demos record.

As Sam has stated the demo is required to help the admin team decide on your ban. Considering you are unable to provide any type of proof to help your case and your recent ban really does not help the case. You knew what you did was breaking the rules. The ban. So I really don't understand why you think it was unreasonable that you got instantly banned for doing it again. Yes your ping might of been high but you still knew it wasn't allowed to do what you had done! Also failure to provide the demo can cause alot more problems, so if you have "deleted" them or edited them in other ways you might want to refer to rules about how those situations are handled(rule 1.6).

You can make an apology, but it doesn't change the fact you need your demos to be recorded in the first place, your demos should no doubt be located in /garrysmod/data/phdemos in your Garry's Mod Game Files, if you don't have it you probably don't have enough storage

Yes, you need to delete some space to free up demos otherwise you are breaking the rules, read 1.6. I will close this so you can make an apology.
