Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I have been playing this game since 2023 and during this time I have not received such a ridiculous ban. Before explaining the incident, I would like to state that I will also complain to the authority. Anyway, this is how it happened, I raided the slums apartment building and took one person hostage, while his friends were calling me from outside, I warned them repeatedly not to enter here, I would kill anyone who entered, and they kept going up the stairs, finally one of them opened the door and I shot him, although I warned him many times, he went inside and I killed him directly, I told the official who dealt with this incident that there was no video recording of the previous incident, I only had a video of a part of the incident, and I told him, and then I asked the official to check the demo, but the official told me that I could not check the demo right now. (screenshot available for proof) Anyway, at that time, I wrote to the official that I was not available at the moment and I was not at the computer, after a while, the connection to the server is automatically disconnected after a while, I never entered the game after that, and today, when I tried to enter the game, I realized that I was banned, I have a video of part of the incident, I request you to check the demos for the other part, thanks, now I will complain to this official because he banned me senselessly, even though I transmitted a video without checking the demo without dealing with the incident.
