Why should this appeal be considered?: Me and my friend were mugging someone 5 feet away from the drug dealer. The person broke 3.4 as we had them under gunpoint and was telling them to get out of the car. They drove backward and fled the scene which is why I shot his car. If the tables were turned I would still be getting banned for fleeing under gunpoint. This "Enforcer" is power hungry and banned me for trying to mug somebody leaving the drug dealer. I get the PD was right there but we were on the side at a completely different building. This enforcer clearly knows the person and is taking there side. We should both be punished if anything since they still broke fearrp 3.4

Hello, if you have a problem with the staff member who banned you then I suggest you make a staff complaint instead of disclosing it in your dispute.

That aside, why do you think your ban is not valid? You shot at someone that isnt visibly armed and didn't even put in enough effort to go out of the view of the public. Why not run after them as soon as they went behind the Motel?

They were at the drug dealer. Me and my friend were planning on robbing them after they sold their drugs we figured there was a good spot because it was in a corner out of sight for the most part. I thought we were close enough to the dealer where we could rob them. I wouldn't have shot if they player complied under gunpoint. The plan was to take their money and their car after. But they drove off under gunpoint.

Please make sure you go out of the view of public areas when you wish to mug someone, you had a great opportunity to go after them once they were behind the Motel.
Shooting was also very unnecessary, what was your goal once the Tesla was disabled in the public? You alerted the Police Department and you should really think if it's of any benefit to you.
