Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4, 3.13 – The user called 911 to get the attention of the police so they would come down to his location whilst he was raiding a property and was not in any danger at the time. He also harvested drugs after making this call, knowing the police were going to respond. In addition, he killed a firefighter without giving the firefighter any orders or sufficient time to respond.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I’m writing to respectfully appeal my ban and give my side of the story. I understand the server rules, and I want to clear up what happened.
I did call 911, but My goal was to draw the police in so my teammates could flank from above and secure the items, like drugs and guns.
After I called 911, the police showed up way later than they should have. The drugs went from 60% to 100% long before they got there, and even after that, the police took another five minutes to arrive.
In my defense, I heard all the sound cues, like footsteps and water splashing from the sewers. When I heard those footsteps, I just opened the door and pre-fired. The firefighter was dressed in black, which looked a lot like the PD uniform, so I didn’t know who it was, i want to also add that galle even said it was bad policing because they called code 4 multiple times but i had no way of knowing that since i dont have a radio.
