Why should this appeal be considered?: I had been hacked previously after I fell for a scam in which a man stole my account and attempted to do the same scam to everyone in my friends list in an attempt to secure a $50 Steam Gift Card from the Philippines under the alias "Steam Support Lucas". He did this by pretending that someone had reported your account falsely, and needed proof that it was you. Luckily, he only hijacked my account.
Additional Information: I could possibly attempt to dig up more proof, however that may prove futile.
