Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user, after having been killed in a raid, got revived, ran away, and hid in his apartment. Instead of instantly continuing the raid, he waited for a prolonged time, went down to check, and got his weapon confiscated, only to return a second time to kill an officer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I got killed as a raider in regals 1, then I got revived outside with no officers present and I was not handcuffed. There was a fire from a meth explosion in regals 1 as well. I ran to my apartment which was regals 3 and grabbed an AK to return to the raid but once I saw multiple officers, many of whom were TFU, I ran back to my apartment. The police started banging on my door and I willingly surrendered and let them confiscate my AK as it would have been unwise to engage with multiple armed officers alone. Then I went down back to the apartment of regals 1 unarmed and saw only 1 single officers who said he would be confiscating the weapons inside the bedroom where the meth explosion fire was being extinguished. Since I knew that my friend inside died with an AK and a pistol and I myself in there died with an AUG (I think, but it was a rifle) and there was a shotgun on the ground I wanted to secure those weapons as there was a lot of value in there. So I grabbed an MP7 and killed the 1 single officer guarding all those guns but when I went inside the bedroom I died because the meth fire was bugged and it killed me through half the room.
I didn't immediately continue the raid as it would have been unwise to fight half of the PD alone especially when there were multiple TFU units. I came back when it was way safer and only 1 officer was guarding and saying he will go ahead and confiscate, to my knowledge multiple guns inside the bedroom, and killed him to secure those weapons. So I'm not sure how that is considered 3.4, but fighting half of the PD alone wouldn't be?
