Why were you punished?: I was punished for killing three individuals in a bazaar shop that i had a small dispute with. 2.5 - Kill someone over verbal insults or minor or accidental actions. But it was categorized as Mass RDM even if one of the three people didn't want me reported.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I’ve had a lot of time to reflect on the events that led to my ban, and I realize that I made some serious mistakes that I deeply regret. The incident started as a small argument between me and three players at the shop, which escalated unnecessarily. Instead of handling the situation calmly, I let my emotions take control and ended up making a choice stupidly killing them.
I acknowledge that I broke the rules by taking things too far, and I understand why the ban was issued. However, I want to emphasize that one of the players I killed, David Giggle @AnanasDragen, didn’t actually want to report me. He was just caught up in the situation with the other two, and he was actually a friend of someone in my organization/leader of my group (@Harrier). Where David Giggles went around chasing Baz Ravish @Harrier(Leader of my org) where i thought that it was a serious scenario going on instead of the friendly banter that they had. So that's the explaination i have for the whole scenario happening after Baz Ravish (@Harrier) and David Giggles chased each other with baseball bats. Where i went into David Giggles @AnanasDragen bazaar shop and killed him and two other people that reported me that we're his friends. The situation was a misunderstanding, and while I take full responsibility for my actions, I believe this adds understanding to the whole issue with my ban.
Additionally, I fully admit that I let a small altercation turn into a much bigger problem. I could’ve walked away, I could’ve diffused the situation, but I made the wrong decision. I understand now that this kind of behavior ruins the experience for everyone, and I’m determined to never repeat that mistake. I’ve enjoyed my time playing on the server, and I truly want to be part of the community again. Given that David Giggle (@AnanasDragen), one of the victims, didn’t want the report to be made, I believe the severity of the situation may not be as extreme as the ban suggests. This wasn’t a case of random, malicious killing but it was a poorly handled scenario with misunderstanding that escalated out of control.
Additional Information: I would like to apologize to all parties involved, especially David Giggle (@AnanasDragen), who was caught in the middle of this situation. He didn’t want to take things further, and I now understand how my actions impacted everyone involved. I assure you that I’ve learned from this mistake and will take full responsibility for my actions moving forward.
I genuinely enjoy playing on PERP and the community I’ve been a part of. Before the ban, I had a great time on the server and joined a solid organization. This incident was completely out of character for me, and I’m asking for a second chance to show that I’ve learned from it.
While I understand that the ban is usually for at least six months, I hope that you can consider the circumstances, especially the involvement of David Giggle, who didn’t want to be part of the reports. I’m not looking for a quick way back into the server, but rather a chance to be reevaluated for my behavior, considering the misunderstanding between me and the other two players.
I’ve already tried appealing once and am willing to give it another shot. I believe that based on my prior activity and my commitment to not repeating this mistake, I deserve a second chance. I understand that Mass RDM is serious, but given the context of my situation, I hope you’ll reconsider the severity and reasoning of the whole ban.
Thank you for reading and considering my appeal. I sincerely hope you can understand my perspective and re-evaluate the punishment. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.
