Why were you punished?: For 3.4 yelling ten toes
Why should this appeal be considered?: My intention was not to free him from custody, but mess around with cops for shits and giggles yk. The guy that shot them was their ally I believe. I was just fking around and never intended to shoot my gun nor wanted to help him. I did not know what he was going to jail for I was just yelling ten toes for no reason really and never intended to escalate things this far. The guy that shot them thought else I am 100% sure I am not in the wrong, because I did not endanger myself.
