Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User whilst under gun point decided to pull out a weapon which led to their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I had no gun? Check the report, the story goes someone asked do you want to kill the mayor, I had no guns and obviously wasn't going to kill him I gave a guy crowbars got a message saying I was doing something stupid and I picked them up, then pd came I had told me to put my hands up I said why and then he tases me which is fair enough I am sorry for saying why I just though 3.4 was pulling out a weapon under gunpoint as it clearly states. But then I got a message saying two questions, One why were you helping a sweat raid the mayor, I answered I wasn't killing him I was just giving him crowbars and then I was asked why I didn't put my hands up and it was because I had no reason to, ok fair enough but as I was putting my hands up i was tased so I just don't think it should be a week ban for asking an officer why I was being. Thanks I really enjoy this server and my summer break is nearly finished and between being with friends I like to blow off some steam on here.

Additional Information: I'm not actually part of Yamanashi anymore I was leaving.

Hello, please read your ban reason properly; 3.4 & 3.12- User failed to follow orders under direct gun point. User also encouraged and helped a new player to break into the mayors office whilst taxes were 0 and no adverts had been made, leading to his swift arrest.

Oh ok I see where your coming from now could it be reduced, I didn't know 3.4 counted if I had no gun also I picked the crowbars up when you sent the message to me stopping what I was doing since he didn't pick any up

I will not be handling this as it is a dispute.

I will mention that i hit you with my admin stick saying you are doing something stupid multiple times, you then proceeded to hand crowbars to the new player.

Well I thought you were hitting me to tell me I couldn't raid with nothing else to do with the crowbars I dropped them and then picked them up

You blatantly failed to immediately comply under gunpoint and shouldn't have been dropping crowbars to a new player knowing they might try to raid the office. This also put your freedom from imprisonment at risk for no good reason.

You can make an apology in a few days if you'd like to.
