Why should this appeal be considered?: I was doing a counter raid with 3 org members ( jay finch , Jackson berry , and katya love) all 3 died , and i had been holding off police. During a gun fight with two officers i ran out of ammunition and was close to death , so i ran upstairs from regals 4 to regals 5 (the apartment we owned) and healed and reloaded my gun , i moved some guns from outside AP 5 door to the inside , and waited for myself to heal as i had ran out of stimpacks , as i went to go out two org members told me they where coming up so i waited for them to come back in before going back out through external stairwell , and opened Regals 4 where there was 3 officers inside that killed me .
From a previous fight with two police on the stairwell to walking back inside my apartment , it took 3 minutes . As far as i was aware the officers on scene knew i was still here and i believed they knew i was in AP 5 .
i had originally entered from internal stairwell i believed that the officers where still there which is why i planned to enter from AP 4 and go from behind .
Due to me believing they knew i was in AP 5 i thought they may be preparing a raid as i heard TFU Support arrive which is why i planned to go from behind to surprise them.
I was informed in a report that the officers did not know about my whereabouts and apparently had no DNA on me (even tho i had killed multiple people)
The clip shows a part of the raid where i killed an officer which is proof they would of had my DNA on scene
This was a misunderstanding if anything , as i could here officers on scene the whole time and assumed they knew my Location and that is why i continued the raid.
I believe this is a Gray line of 3.4 as it is a contextual reasoning as i can not know that the cops have no idea of my location , i can only go off what i know , which is two officers saw me at the top of regals , and no one saw me leave which would mean i would be in either AP 4 (which they cleared ) or the last option AP 5 which is why i thought they may breach so i went out before they could
