Why were you punished?: failing to comply, homophobic slurs

Why should this appeal be considered?: When the situation happend I pulled up to Bazar and saw a group of dudes using a crowbar on a car and I was laughing at the situation, then I heard a guy yelling at me for not leaving, from my POV he was behind me gun pointing me and was struggling why I didnt understand when I couldnt even see him, I got angry and I did say the F word which I am not honestly sure what the rules are for that but as far as me failrp I didnt see the guy, yelled at him for being stupid, walked off and got capped in the back of the head as I was leaving. When I saw the f6 I gave up and left because I didnt have the energy to defend myself over that stupid situation. I also do wanna mention in the clip you can hear him yelling at me pretty well but when I respond to him is when I first caught on. I will apologize if I am not allowed to say that word but as far as me not complying I will defend I was slow to catch on to the gunpoint

I admit to using the F slur, I feel like I didnt do bad with complying because I walked away like 2 seconds after realsing I got gunpointed and as far as disconnecting I didnt know you guys thought I was breaking the rules that bad I mean I guess thats a L on my part but the way I took the f6 was just getting pressed for using the word. From my P.O.V I didnt even think I was close to being banned for the gunpoint thing and I was suprised I was even banned at all when I tried to join again. I want to mention that the 20 second clip is the whole interaction all that really felt like to me was I pulled up and got shot

Also its not like I was expecting to get gunpointed at bazzar I didnt even know that was a thing if it was on my base I could understand but its literally a 20 second interaction of me pulling up chilling thinking im just gonna buy a gun to 20 seconds later being banned for 6 months its not like I knew the guy personally and was trying intently trying to mess him up or ruin his day

You obviously have a hard time understanding the rules:
1.2: You called someone a homophobic slur, something we don't tolerate whatosever. That in and of itself would justify a lengthy ban and is likely a big factor in why your ban is as long as it is.
3.4: Instead of complying with the orders you were given, you started arguing and insulted the person that was gunpointing you, including the slurs you called them. Had you at any point properly read through the rules you would've known that what you did was a punishable offence.
3.20: If at any point a staff member creates a report with you and you up and decide to disconnect, that is entirely on you. You could've just waited a bit, replied to the report and let Headline, the moderator who attempted to contact you, explain the situation to you.

So once again: You have admitted to everything stated in your ban reason. Do you still want to proceed to dispute the validity of the ban or instead apologize for your actions?

100% if my actions where upsetting or intolerable I am sorry. I hope you understand though at least from my POV that it was a very quick and for me confusing interaction I had never been through (never openly gunpointed in public) and my quickest judgement didnt see a 6 month ban

If you want to apologize for your actions, create a ban apology instead of a dispute.
