Why were you punished?: pretty much not complying under gun point 3.4
Why should this appeal be considered?: Since an action request wasnt open and also because the responsible admin told me to make an appeal, here it is.
I understand what it looks like, but I promise there's an explanation for what happened.
The person who made the report and I were roleplaying, and what happened was that the person in question didn't have a microphone. just before they texted me in the chat to put my hands up, I don't know what happened, I think it was a demo restart, and my game froze for various seconds. While that was happening, I was pressing the button to drive the car, and when my game returned to normal, I looked at the chat and saw several messages asking me to put my hands up, but I didn't see the person in question. I immediately understood the situation and what was happening, and I realized that, unintentionally, I had broken 3.4. After realizing this, I went looking for the person in question to continue the RP, logically with my weapon sheathed because I wanted to raise my hands to comply with the orders I had received and for him to do what he wanted to do (I don't know what his intentions were... maybe to rob me).
When I approached the person, UNARMED, he killed me without letting me talk to him and explain what had happened, preventing the continuation of the RP.
I tried to make a video clip but I couldn't, which undoubtedly compromises what I say. However, I GUARANTEE that what I say is the truth.
I think the fact that I went to the person in question after realizing what had happened shows that I had no intention of breaking the rule, since otherwise, I would have continued driving.
Furthermore, as is more than logical, I have no control over when the game freezes, especially at a time when the server itself was experiencing difficulties, and therefore I shouldn't be penalized for things beyond my control.
Finally, I want to apologize for rejoining the server a second time after being kicked for being banned, but I really wanted to share my side of the story since I don't feel at all guilty.
