Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed a player unarmed posing no threat during an attempted counter raid. The user had no information / knowledge of the individual being involved / armed.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Ok so I was countering tidals, heard shots so I moved twards them, then I heard crowbars I came closer. Then, I heard planters getting moved so I came even closer, finally I saw a door that was blown up so I came to the conclusion it was the raid. The guy who I one tapped was visibly unarmed but since the door was blown up and the noises were coming from here I thought he must be a raider, which he was. After killing him I proceeded to kill the rest of the raiders.

I dont understand why I got banned for this

The property that was being raided was tidals 101 and you came up and just shot the person without knowing if he is armed or not.

Well, the door was blown up and there were planters visible in the main room so its fairly hard for me to tell which was your base and which was the raid. In any case non-involved person wouldn't be there.

I lived in 201 + planters were empty it was just unnecessary for you just to shoot me right on the spot you couldve gunpointed me and you never did so and you had no idea that i was/wasnt even involved in the raid

So you guys were using one base as storage base and raiding the other. Since both bases are very close I thought the raid was upstairs. I confirmed this by the noises and the blown up door which was more than enough evidance for me to figure out you are one of the raiders. Like I said anyone not involved wouldn't have lingerd around there as you can see from the evidance the shots presisted for over 1 min and 20 seconds before I killed you. If you were not involved you'd be hiding inside the room with your door locked. Thus, me killing you was super necessary

Then you should've stayed in the room where the door wasnt blown up and locked the door until the raid was over instead of going twards the shots. That death is on you not me bro. Also ur buddies brought the acquired guns to your base after your death..
