Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled a gun at an officer in an attempt to kill them as they were illegally transporting a firearm in a stolen vehicle, this resulted in their death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: the rule 3.4 states it is acceptable to puy tour life at risk to avoid a prison sentence of TYPACALY 7+ years if i had surrendered i would have been facing , losing the stolen car,having my expensive gun taken and 6+ years , any reason able person would agree that those factors would make it understandable to avoid arrest especially ass the rules do not specifically set a minimum jail sentence as it uses the "typically" . 60 seconds extra on a jail time should absolutely not justify a 5 day ban.

You can not shoot an officer over a sentence that isn't 7+ years. Both the laws that you have broken can not be added together and although it says 'typically', that is because in some scenarios, an example being your house having drugs, you can shoot officers over this.

If you disagree with the length given to you, you may submit a staff complaint, however you did indeed break the rules.
