Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint from a player instead insulting them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was involved in a shootout situation with my friend and a few other guys which was dealt with (terribly) by the police. The police officer arrested my friend and drove him to jail so i jumped in my car and drove after them to try reason with the officer. As i was driving off the people involved in the prior shootout tried to rob me but my Blue Mitsubishi Evo was already doing in excess of 15mph and weas 30-40 feet away so i continued driving away. I drove round to Bazaar roundabout and crashed so i started to reverse and the same guys followed me to rob me so i kept reversing and when i got far away enough i turned around and drove off. I believe i was far away enough and going fast enough to not have to listen to their commands. My friend was tolds if you have a fast car and its moving you don't need to comply

Additional Information: JJB handled this case very unprofessionally and was clearly very upset with me which is why he hit me with the heavy iron fist of a 3 week ban which is completely unearned. JJB refused to show me the evidence of my apparent crimes even though i asked him multiple times for it. he didn't even acknowledge my requests for the evidence of my supposed crimes. He also spoke in a very unprofessional manner to me which I believe is because he took personnel offence to the way in which is poke to him but he is an admin and I'm a player he should know better. I have included evidence of my and JJB's chats as i believe in showing evidence to people when they are accused of crimes.

Hello mate, It appears the last part of you're ban dispute is more of a staff complain in regard to JJB "handling the report badly" etc so i will provide you a link to submit a staff complain as JJB mentioned in his F6 with you.

The first gunpoint you see in this clip is not relevant to this dispute as the gunpoint is not valid and you were punished for the instance after this. Your vehicle was in a considerable enough speed and motion for you to ignore gunpoint in this instance which is fine.

However, you were punished for the second gunpoint that was established after 25 seconds into the video. You fail to comply with gunpoint for a solid 5 seconds when the person with the pistol is easily able to keep up with the pace of your vehicle as you are reversing, turning and then accelerating again, all which take time to do. These actions put your life at risk as you were properly exposed and in no position to resist. The only reason you are alive is due to how PERP handles damage with occupants inside the vehicle which is more the reason to consider your own wellbeing when faced with a gun to your face.
The things your friend explained are true but there are more factors that are in play to this such as:

• Actual speed of your car and if it was already in motion.
• Reaction speed
• Server delay/lag, such as your ping.
• Distance between you and the person with the gun.
• If possible some solid cover or a wall to break line of sight but not necessarily a requirement if you can close the distance.

If you found @JJB conduct or punishment length unfair please make a staff complaint and SMT will take a look at it.
