Why were you punished?: for leaving the server he took 1 hour to reply to me and i had to leave for work

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I’m appealing my 3.20 ban. I had to disconnect because I needed to leave for work, and the report on me had been open for almost an hour with no response. I didn’t leave to avoid the situation. I apologize for disconnecting early and will make sure to notify staff next time. Thank you for reviewing my appeal.

The report had not been open for over an hour, it was only open for roughly 10 minutes prior to you disconnecting.
If you really have to go urgently, this is completely OK as long as you tell the Staff Member handling your report, which in this case you did not. This ban came from your own negligence.
