Why were you punished?: 2.5 - Shot a defender based on a metal detector triggering without knowing for certain it was the person who triggered it.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i literally saw and heard the guy walk through the metal detector from the left window and to the front door, so i shot and raided them

kalli asked for me to go into my demo and get a clip to prove it, which i did and then banned me anyways after proving i saw him????

We have reviewed the demo footage and have decided to deny this dispute. The reason being, you had only simply heard the metal detector as you briefly drove past. You can briefly see the player in the window; however, this was not sufficient to 100% verify that the player was armed, as you did not see them walking through the metal detector. This could have easily been another player in the property that set it off, which you failed to verify.

When killing players in raids, you have to properly verify that a player is definitely armed before you shoot them. Gunpointing the player in this situation would have benefited you a lot more, as you then could have mugged them.

Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that 2.5 has been violated here.
