Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @kerzify
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent

Your Steam Name: ShrekArmy6018
Your Roleplay Name: Cooper Bigge
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:636716419

Why were you punished?: For ''Attempted MRDM'' at bazaar

Why should this appeal be considered?: I said this to the enforcer 10 times but he didn't understand:

First, I bought a Time Bomb at Bazaar and afterwards asked in an F6 if I can use it in a terror attack roleplay, and I was waiting for his response at bazaar. If it was not allowed, I would have used it in case any future mayors raising their taxes and so I can bomb the shit out of his office.

While waiting for his response, there was a cage fight happening in the middle of bazaar and after it ended, I went away a bit, and wanted to equip the bomb thinking it was like how you equip molotovs, but then I planted it with one click. I accidentally planted it in an EMPTY shop, where IIRC just one guy was with me. If I had the intention to MRDM, I would've dropped it in the middle of that cage so everyone could die, why would I, with the intention of a MRDM at bazaar, drop it in an empty shop??? After I accidentally planted it, I immediately apologized in the F6 that I accidentally placed that bomb, even before it went off.

Its true although it was an accident I still need some kind of punishment, but a PERMANENT ban??? Somebody else than an Enforcer needs to check this case out please.

After my last ban I tried my best not being banned, and then everythings gone with one simple mistake...which wasn't even a big deal if you would have seen the reactions at bazaar..

BTW the evidence, kerzify requested the demo from me so he has the demo.

The ban lengths was approved by another senior moderator and if you have any issues you should make a staff complaint, not question the enforces ability to enforce the rules because you did not agree with the outcome.
