Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: In the f6 I cited that I should not be banned because I was actively blasting music which is why I did not hear him. Truth be told I was unable to hear him and the only reason why I did not dispute it was because I was only looking at reporting person's clip which is in evidence

He has his mic muted so you cant tell whether he is actively saying something or not and it appears like he was giving me and the other officer commands the entire time but that's not the case.
In my clip it shows that the only time he audibly said "hands up" was the same moment I clicked 1 on my keyboard and I pulled out my gun. If you slow my clip down to 0.25 you can see that the same moment "P" had left his mouth I already had began to unholster my mp5. When I first walked in I noticed him running down the hallway so I already began the IRL motions of clicking 1 and clicking the MP5.
To be fair at the pace and audio queues of his clip it seems like I did break 3.4 but it was very instantaneous and I feel like I reacted quick enough to already have my gun out in order to avoid being hostaged.
