Why were you punished?: I was punished because the system believed I intentionally disconnected during a situation, but this was not the case. I lagged out due to Wi‑Fi issues, and the evidence used against me does not actually show me doing anything wrong.

Why should this appeal be considered?: To whom it may concern,

I am demanding the immediate reversal of the two-week ban placed on my account for the reason “3.4, 3.20 – User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, then disconnected whilst unconscious.” This decision is unjust, baseless, and completely unacceptable.

Firstly, there is no legitimate evidence supporting the claim made against me. The clip linked in my case is irrelevant and has absolutely nothing to do with me. It is utterly useless in substantiating the ban and should not have been used as any form of evidence. The claim that I intentionally disconnected is false and needs to be revisited.

The reality is that my disconnection was caused by ongoing Wi-Fi issues, which have been affecting my connection recently. This was not intentional, and I had no control over the situation. It is completely unfair and unreasonable for me to be penalized for something outside my control.

Additionally, I had just spent $17 on Premium Tokens before attempting to log back in. Instead of being allowed to access what I paid for, I was immediately banned without any warning or the chance to explain myself. This is a gross mishandling of the situation, and I am entitled to a full refund for the money I spent, given that I am now unable to use the tokens I paid for.

I demand that this ban be lifted immediately and my account be restored. Furthermore, I expect a full refund for my $17 spent on Premium Tokens, as I was unfairly punished and prevented from using what I purchased. If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through all available channels, including legal avenues, to ensure that I am compensated fairly.

I expect an immediate response and resolution. Do not take this matter lightly.

It does not show the incident in question and should not be considered in my appeal. The evidence you have provided in the dispute is not relating to your ban whatsoever, this happened at Substation in the Suburbs. You seemingly pulled your gun under gunpoint and had disconnected unconscious, which logs do confirm.
 


It is evident that you broke gunpoint from the very legitimate evidence provided by the person who reported you.

The reality of this situation is that you did in fact disconnect manually, not with the help of your WiFi cutting off.

Being banned for breaking the Perpheads Server Rules does not entitle you to a refund of any items or subscriptions sold to you by Perpheads OÜ.
