Why should this appeal be considered?: In the clip as seen I have further reviewed it myself and decided to dispute, when originally reported i reviewed the clip whilst I was under a never ending PD raid ( 20/30min they kept coming back) right after 2 crim raid attempts so I briefly watched and agreed originally in the f6 that yes, it looks kinda bad on my side - I completely agree however
The cop gets out of the vehicle as I am searching for the door that has been previously blown away, I did not know a door doesnt exist for a while after being blown up. I am spinning around quick looking left looking right thinking where tf is this door, I also have metal detectors that are going off as can be heard. I on my screen did not see or hear the cop pull up , nor did notice him get out and point his gun. I asked the admin dealing with my report to view the demo; I was being honest I did not see him. The admin claims he is clearly visible in the corner of my screen, I should of been able to tell by flashes & lights and sound. However the first PD car has already been there with lights on for a extended period of time & I have metal detectors going off as can be seen in the clip. When the cop originally gets out of the vehicle he is in whisper mode its not until he actually gets close do I hear him saying hands hands hands I still stand by what I said, i did not see this player I did a 180 and I ran inside my property which I was standing in the doorway of anyway I personally believe I took a safe routing sticking to the wall and believe I have correct timing to safely run away maybe if he wasn’t initially in whisper mode the reaction would be different.
Please review the evidence again and take everything under consideration, how quick i am spinning, the audio cues from metal detectors and the cop originally whispering. Thanks.
