Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User fled from a traffic stop even though he was only getting a ticket from the officer but because he didn't want to get arrested which he wasn't anyway he drove of putting his life at risk for no reason

Why should this appeal be considered?: Admin Failed to acknowledge that I recently Killed people. A simple ticket is not enough to run. I was not running based off the fact that id receive a petty ticket thats insane. I ran so the officers did not obtain my information and run me through there system and arrest me. I explained this but for some reason wasnt even considered. You cant get arrested for disturbing the peace. I wasnt risking my life for no reason. Murder is a legit reason to Flee from the cops.

As I was directly involved, I will inform of the proper situation and also supply a clip that staff can review when reviewing this dispute. You were made aware several times that you were being charged for "Disturbing the peace", never was there any indication of running anybody over neither was we aware of anybody being run over by you or otherwise. You also acknowledged several times you were pulled over for disturbing the peace.

There also was no DNA taken of any supposed killings from that day, the only time was 24th and that was the day before this incident

Denied, if you had just killed people and thought that police would have already gotten DNA or warranted you within that time, you should not have been staying in the area plain and simple, this could’ve been avoided entirely if you had just left, yet you lingered, honked at and argued with police for a minute and then once you start getting a ticket you drive off when you should have forever ago.

In the future, after you kill someone and you believe officers / EMS will upload DNA you need to stay out of the public eye, I shouldn’t have to tell you that you shouldn’t be honking at police when you believe you’re being looked out for.

If you have any issues with how this was handled by the admin, I recommend making a staff complaint.
