Why were you punished?: 3.4, 2.5 - User fled from cops for no reason putting their life at risk later on started killing cops over this making their life more at danger

Why should this appeal be considered?: 3.4 says Fleeing/killing Police to avoid minor fines or sentences. sure i fleed, but i didnt not kill for a minor fine/sentence, i killed because i ran over holly in the evidence, but 2.5 is wrong because i didnt kill officers with no resaon, i killed them for 9.2 which is a 7 year arrestable offence.

Right... So you living together fleeing together in the same vehicle and threatening to "kill yourself in back room"

While yes you did run over Holly do you know if she planned pressing charges against you? You could've admitted to running her over and chances would likely be that your sentence would be reduced as a result or even for a matter ignored as running her over could've been an accident.

But you had no excuse running from me what so ever over a simple traffic violation (running a stop sign) and then proceeding to put Holly's as well as YOUR life at risk by driving on the wrong side of the Highway fleeing from police.

The main reason I reported you was for you fleeing from the attempted traffic stop instead of just pulling over.

Yes, I did run over holly, yes, it was on purpose!! ♥

I may not have had an excuse to flee from you, but I did!!! Holly knows how I drive, and she knows I always crash when were driving, yet, she STILL rides with me, knowing the consequences!

I was the sergeant on scene at Subs.
I took DNA to which is said it was the vehicle infront of Holly's body.
One of the officers dealing with the incident on (James McAin) scene said he saw 2 people in the vehicle, knowing Lucy ran in as he stated.
Lucy began shooting at cops as she was aware that she would've went in for 9.2 as she didn't call in for the cops.

No no i did not see akeno take dna, i only knew he was there, and i think another sergeant was as well

While you ran over your friend and had reasonable suspicion that DNA had been taken, this whole situation took place because you ran her over for no particular reason. By following this logic, you could just run over or shoot a friend of yours in your base whenever you wanted to then start baiting the police into pursuits and shootouts. There are many ways you could have approached the incident, and you chose the worst possible route.
