Why were you punished?: Using a bat on a tv, when someone said in ooc im allowed to. it does not say in any rule that i cannot do this either. after doing this i dropped my bat knowing i cant go on ems with one, and then as soon as i go on ems 2 officers are behind me without even knowing they were gonna arrest me.
Why should this appeal be considered?: someone in ooc said missinformation that leed to this. name is "YinPin". I wish to be unbanned with a warning as this user said that it isnt a rule break or mentioning if it was a crime, i simply went back on medic because i was simply on it before. I dropped my bat cause i figured it would be quicker than storing it. i was going to go back off medic when i realised what i did was a crime and pd was chasing me. i had no clue they could arrest me for it and i just contiinured with what i was doing.
pd was NOT chasing me at the time. no lights, no hands up, no verbal warnings, without a sign i go onto medic and then as soon as that happens they're behind me, I believe i was wrongfully banned
