Ban Dispute (Lhealy)

This all could’ve been avoided if you wasn’t homophobic btw. Anyway let me explain this once and only once.
Your ban initially was for 1 week by Lhealey05, because enforcers can only ban for up to a week. Lhealey05 had asked me to extend your ban to 1month (which is very light for 1.2 violation btw so count yourself lucky on that part). Before I extended it I see Ellie extended it for a different situation. Due to this, I cannot add an extra 3 weeks etc so I rounded it up to 2 months.
Myself, Lhealey05 and Ellie will NOT be handling this dispute as we are actively involved in the punishments.
Uninvolved staff members will review and handle this dispute. Dispute is for the VALIDITY of the ban reason only, not the length. If you disagree with the length then a staff complaint should be made against myself if not already.
Now, if you have no further relevant information for this dispute, then stop replying until it is reviewed by staff.

It's clear from the video submitted in the comments to your ban that you did break 2.5 by killing this player, you took no precaution to verify whether he was an active threat towards you, nor can you kill someone on the "assumption" that they will be alerting the police. There are ways for you to play into the scenario you have at hand, before taking the steps of shooting the unarmed player through the door.
As for your ban length you will be receiving a DM from me shortly.
