Why should this appeal be considered?: Myself & my nephew hadn't done anything wrong whatsoever, we were driving back from the lake to grab some gas & as we were driving by the vehicles, someone shot my truck & disabled it and it rolled down the hill. Locksmith banned me for 3 days because I called him a jerk in the ticket, because he interrogated me over the top even though I died, my nephew died, my truck was disabled, and I did not do ANYTHING. He claimed that he hit me with his godstick 3 times but I absolutely have no clue what that means, nor did anything out of the ordinary happen to me. He said in LOOC to leave, and I said "wait are you talking to me?" and then I died immediately after. I was going to make a report after the fact on the guy who shot my truck initially, but Locksmith instead started a ticket with me to interrogate me as to why I didn't leave? Simply put, I didn't leave because at first, 1 I was confused, and 2 my nephew ended up getting shot and killed, so I wanted to stay by and get help for him. I was hiding behind my truck and I called for EMS to come get him, and I was quite a ways back from the shootout period. I just wanted to ensure the safety of my nephew & to get my things. I think banning me for 3 days for not valuing my life is not valid, as I was certainly valuing my life by hiding behind my truck and not getting involved with the incident whatsoever. It's not fair at all, he could just say he's banning me for staff disrespect instead. I'm sorry for calling him a jerk, but I felt like he was being a jerk to me considering what happened. I will stand by this, my demo was uploaded by a moderator & I can also upload it for you if you need it.

Additional Information: I'm sorry for calling you a jerk, I just really thought your conduct was unjust.

Hi, so, in this scenario, as explained to you within the ticket itself, your vehicle had been shot out, and you had decided to stick around in the situation, failing to leave the area in order to preserve your life, the reason you gave for this, was because your "Nephew" had been shot"


I had notified you three times of the ongoing shootout and to leave via a notify prompt, however you failed to take it into consideration and stuck around, by the time I had typed to you in LOOC to leave, you had been killed by the shooter, you had more then enough time to leave in this situation, and failed to do so, which resulted in your death

As this is a dispute, I will not be involved in handling this, that will be up to other members of the administration team.

"however you failed to take it into consideration" is simply not a true statement at all. If I would have seen anything of that nature, I would have listened to it. I am not a difficult guy whatsoever about anything I may be doing wrong, as soon as you said that in LOOC is when I asked if you were speaking to me, and then I was killed. I truly believe you only banned me after the fact because I called you a jerk & you wanted to show your powers to prove my point even more. It's not cool, you could've just pulled me from the scenario instead & said hey man you need to get outta here. Nobody had forcefully told me to leave the situation until you said it in LOOC. I stayed by to be there for my nephew, it's really that simple. I was not engaged in battled, I did not deserve to get shot in the first place so the entire scenario should've been nulled after that. Instead of banning me, you should've waited for the situation to end & help me. No, you would rather ban me because I said jerk.
