Why were you punished?: 3.4- User after having seen several armed civilians run up to PD side door, had reported it via 911, instead of leaving the area to avoid involving themselves, had followed them to the side door wall, resulting in them being killed by an LEO, who mistook them for a shooter.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I just wanna start this dispute with i am instantly disputing this because i really don't understand how i committed 3.4 and the reason its a ban is because of an AR which only got resolved a few days ago due too busy admins( ITS OVER A MONTH OLD) https://perpheads.com/threads/action-request-pie.68844/#post-500684 i don't think i should be banned for this reason i do think i should of got a warning since i don't have a big ban record ( if the AR was sorted sooner i probably wouldn't of been banned)
Anyway my story is i was at slums when i say multiple people with guns out at the gas station so i suspected a PD raid which i instantly reported but i wasn't 100% sure and im pretty sure its against the law to provide false information so i followed them to make sure which i tried to make another 911 but it wouldn't go through so i was spamming the button but then the pd raid started which i immediately tried to go away but i was shot by an officer, i then made an f6 completely unaware of my wrong doings which turned back on me
also i would like too point out normally when 2 people break a rule it just gets closed as both were in the wrong has happened to me a couple times but this time is different
(also i just wanna add i dont think this is 3.4 just because they had guns on their back?? that's like saying i shouldn't been in the bazaar cause people have guns and might start shooting, once they did starting shooting i tried getting away
