Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I did not do anything wrong, I was already banned for this by another admin before, which felt really unfair and confusing to me. Recently, I have only been playing as a police officer, following the rules and trying to do my role properly, so I truly do not understand what I could have done to deserve this situation again.

Why should this player be punished?: Slashed my tyres 6 times for no reason at all 2 tyres at bazzar and 4 at bank parking lot i did not see him do it but made an f6 over it and was handed over his details

Someone made an AR on you for popping their tires if you go to the AR. Could you explain why you did this

Oh yes, now I remember, it was several days ago. It was an act of revenge since we had a gang war going on. Anyway, if it was wrong, I'm sorry. I'm new, and my superiors ordered me to constantly harass other gang members. Again, if that's not allowed, I didn't know. I'm sorry, and thanks for your time.

You have already admitted in this dispute that you done it out of revenge for gang warfare. We do not have such thing on the server that permits you to go around killing anybody due to a warfare between gangs / organisations.

I would like you to take a read of the rule(s), specifically 2.5.

Spoiler: 2.5 - Excessive Negativity

You must not seriously harm someone else's experience unless it is a fair and reasonable response to their negative actions against you.

If you take revenge, you must do so within two hours as long as you do not know that they have already died and respawned.

For example, it is excessive to:

• Excessively mug or target new players
• Scam new players for their items or money
• Kill someone over verbal insults or minor or accidental actions
• Destroy valuable items due to basic distaste such as pricing
• Kill someone without good reason after mugging them
• Scam or trick players for their premium tokens, rare or seasonal items or the money for them
• Use explosives in a way that can damage items belonging to players who are not involved
• Use molotovs in raids
• Kill Paramedics or Firefighters unless they have refused reasonable orders at gunpoint

When raiding a base, you can kill those inside who are:

• Known to be armed
• Not surrendering
• Entering or exiting the property with visible weapons.

If you surprise someone who is unarmed during a silent raid, you must not kill them on sight.

The 2.5 ban is deemed valid.
