Why were you punished?: As ems i was cleaning up a body in front of pd unaware there was a nade raid going on.

Why should this appeal be considered?: As ems i was cleaning up a body in front of pd unaware there was a nade raid going on. As i was cleaning up the body the 2 men holding nades came outside and i didnt know what to do but finish what i was doing and get back into my truck. i didnt want to start driving off alarming the raiders or do anything at all i did not know what to do but nothing and thats what i did. i was not in any kind of danger as the police was handling the problem very well 1 officer told me to move as 1 of the 2 suspects holding the nades moves down as i move down the truck i immediately get ask to get out the truck and be a hostage but because another ems was on foot he choose to take him instead. that same officer then shot and blew up ems and the suspect together.

Additional Information: In my eyes truthfully i did not disturb or instead to ruin what was going on i didnt know what to do exepct be still. moving ended up almost making me a hostage instead of being still where i was. so in a way what i was doing was keeping me safe. i meant no harm nor tried anything dumb. I understand my history of 3.4 is long but 3.4 its a rule with eggshells and you learn something new everyday. as of this situation ive never been ems in a nade raid i didnt wanna fuck up anything the cops had going on so i tried to simply do nothing and stay quite. i understand being under gunpoint and all that but usally when theres a pd raid whoever is there is involed and i was there on foot so i tried my best and once told to move i moved. compared to the ems that died i felt as tho i made the right choices

again as ems i was confused and didnt wanna ruin the rp going on i just simply did what everyone else was doing and waited for instructions the last thing i wanted to do was runaway from nade point

You can clearly see multiple people with weapons and grenades multiple times while in the process of trying to take DNA, even if you didn't see it in time, once you finally looked at them clearly you still just stood around looking at the situation with no attempt of trying to flee. When finally told to leave you drive away, only to slow down near another guy with a grenade to almost get taken hostage.

All of this is a clear violation of 3.4 and with your record and experience you should know this.
