Why were you punished?: 1.6, 4.1, 4.3 - As RC, user decided to tow a car with someone inside of it after someone did not pay for repair. He caused the car to wreck and nearly killed the person inside. User did not call police for permission to impound after not paying. User failed to accept steam or reply to the AR
Why should this appeal be considered?: 1.6: I received a friend request from medium and accepted it some time between 3-4 days ago, within a day of him adding me. I was unsure who he was so i waited for a message and never received one. I then log on today to find out I was banned yesterday. I was unaware of an action request and did not receive the message that Medium claimed I had received (unsure how to prove this but if he can show me the message I will be happy to see it, as I never received one)
4.1: I was given permission by police to tow any vehicles that refuse to pay for services that were requested. Because of this, I waited for the car to be parked and then hooked it. I was going to offer to drop the car however due to a bug (still not sure what happened), the car flipped upside down and was tier 1'd.
4.3: Not sure how this applies but I guess what I said above counts for it?
I towed the car with the person inside because I was given permission by police to tow cars if the owner refuses to pay for a service. I was not going to tow it, rather just hold it until they pay me the required $500 for me to drop it (which they owed).
I was not the cause of the wreck, as seen in the video, and still do not know how what happened is my fault or even how it happened.
And once again, I never received a message after accepting the friend request from the staff member.
