Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to consent to be zip-tied under gunpoint and then failed to obey orders given under gunpoint, resulting in his death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: It's so stupid. I just got busted a week ago. And I'm just sitting down in my garage, sitting and doing some milf. And then they come in. 3 people and rob me. And I do everything they say, put on a strip. They take all my stuff. I open all the doors for them. And then they put a strip on me. And then the 2 other people go out of my house to where they live next door in the house next door. And then he says that I should learn how to break out. And I do that. And then I think that he's walking out of my house. Because he's running down the stairs? Or towards the stairs. And he's standing right by the stairs. The descent. And then I thought, well, I can start getting out of my strip, so I can continue doing docks. But then he comes back and shoots me in the head.And I just got unbanned. And then I get beat again over something stupid like that. Something like this. It was just a misunderstanding. I think I could have started unpacking already because I thought he had left my house and ended up in his own house right next door. When I went down those stairs or towards those stairs. I didn't expect him to run back and then shoot me. So you can hear in the clip. I also sound very irritated, but it's also because I've lost all my stuff. And what I'm thinking about this, It's just. And get my stuff back. So I maybe acted a little more. Drastically. Because I did everything they said and I. Opened all the doors for them too. Just because. He was a dick to me right away. And then I just think I've become more irritated.I just think. You should see it from my perspective. How I? Felt. It worked.

You were also stalling as hard as you could. I also told you not to talk, but you kept talking so you could alert people I guess? And you're trying to make them feel sorry for you, you've been mugging my friend in hicktown several times today.

You did not consent to zip tie 4 times, you where told multiple times to shut the fuck up to which your response was to shout at me because I was "being a dick" and tell me to kill you, you tried to break out multiple times in clear line of sight of me. You where stalling and taking the piss the entire time mate.

For the record, I wasnt trying to be a dick, you where blatantly ignoring commands and stalling and denying zip ties every time, speaking out loud when told to not speak and I wanted to make my directions as blatantly clear as possible to avoid any misunderstanding, unfortunately you cant hear them in the clip but the clip speaks for itself you did all of this intentionally.
