Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User fled police over a 6.7 charge.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all I would like to start with what happend from my point of view:
Roger pulled us over, he put me in cuffs and I had to wait for a transport unit, as a joke I got in the car, and I thought they also knew I was in fact NOT 10 toes and so therefore I could not run. But instead, lorenzo (The driver) thought I was 10 toes although it was explicitly told to him I was not, he then proceeded to ram though police and drive off. I thought he was joking around but when he rammed the police car and drove of I explicitly told him to stop running, after which he stopped on the suburbs onramp. And I got out and walked towards the transport unit out of myself.
The only reason why I got in was because it was the heat of the moment, and I thought everyone was clear that it was not a joke, as Roger Clearly explained that I was not 10 toes, but was being charged for 6.7. And therefore, the only reason why I got in the car was to joke around at the scene and to stay there and have some laughs. It was never my intention to leave, and I thought that this was more than clear to Lorenzo. Although he still drove off.
My personal reason for why I am disputing this ban is because I never said I wanted to be driven away, we all made this very clear. Lorenzo is the one who decided to flee and who decided to run roger over. It was not my choice to run nor to commit 9.2 I never authorized it and when he started running I imediatly told him I was not 10 toes and that he should cease running.
I only got in the tesla because I thought everyone was onboard the joke in which we would just fool around and sit in the car and act stupid. We all thought everyone was clear on the fact that we where not to run.
The fact that we drove off was not in my hands, I never decided to run, I merely decided to get in the car stationarily and to mess around a bit.
