Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User took a weapon in the middle of a shootout, resulting in his death.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i was at bazzar and saw a body with a gun and i only heard one shot which was not near at the place where i picked up my gun, it sounded more from projex, i go take a look what gun is there and look around to see if anybody is looking, i saw no people no cops so i pick up the gun, when i pick up the gun i get no warnings and get shot

Additional Information: i didnt know i was at a shootout area i tought it was projex

I think several dead & unconscious bodies at your feet is probably enough of a hint that the shootout in fact was not at projex. You do not need warnings when you're picking up a weapon off of a dead body...
